②Sandwich: 1 egg yolk, 7g corn starch, 8g sugar, 75g milk, 7g coffee liquid, 150g cream, 8g sugar

🌈Method:

2⃣️Add lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar in three batches and beat until it is like a small hook.
