Dark chocolate 100g
100g light cream

Mochi:
Glutinous rice flour 120g
Corn starch 30g
20g sugar
Milk 180g
15g butter
Chopped Oreos

🌈Method:
1⃣️Mix dark chocolate with light cream in hot water, stir and melt, refrigerate for more than 4 hours and set aside; remove the strips from Oreos and smash them with a food processor until set aside.
2⃣️Mix glutinous rice flour + corn starch + sugar + milk evenly, sift it once, attach plastic wrap, poke a few holes, and steam for about 25 minutes.
